Their strong pedigree makes them true Hida Beef cattle.
Raised on a ranch boasting spectacular views at some 1000 meters above sea level, these cattle have well-toned legs due to the frequent climbing up and down they do in this environment.
The cows grow up drinking from an abundant supply of spring water that flows from the Northern Alps and Mt. Ontake, providing them with an environment that is optimal for nursing.
The light texture and umami flavor of the meat are widely popular.

Halal Wagyu beef has strict rules, such as not being allowed to feed the cattle alcohol-based feeds, and only a limited number of cattle are shipped from a very limited number of ranches.
And because of the special slaughtering method involved, Halal Wagyu beef is often sold as a complete set. However, we offer each part individually.
